After receiving your enquiry, we’ll craft a detailed quote or proposal specifically tailored to your project needs. During this stage, we welcome any feedback or adjustments to ensure the proposal aligns with your vision and requirements.

Once you’re satisfied with the final quote, we’ll provide the necessary paperwork for your review, clearly outlining all terms of the agreement.

This step ensures that all expectations are aligned before moving on to the next phase of your project.

Within 7 days of accepting the quote, we arrange a site check using our 3D Laser Templator to measure and plot your space with precision.

For high-end projects that require vein matching or size approval, our draftsman will work closely with you to ensure every detail meets your vision.

After the site check and approval, you’ll provide a deposit, allowing us to secure the materials and prepare for the fabrication process.

With all approvals finalised, we move forward to schedule the installation, typically within 14–21 days after the site check. The exact timing may vary depending on the project’s size and any specific requirements, such as prioritising certain areas like wet zones first.

During this phase, our skilled team ensures that every detail is executed with precision, bringing the design to life and setting the foundation for a flawless finish.

Once the installation is complete, we invite you to conduct a thorough walk-through of the project. This is an opportunity to inspect the work closely and ensure it meets your expectations in every detail.

After your approval and satisfaction with the final result, we proceed with the final payment, officially marking the successful completion of your project and bringing your vision to fruition.
